Founder's Note – From the Heart of Bodhanalayam


I founded Bodhanalayam as an extension of everything I’ve lived, felt, and learned. As a human, scientist, and an eternal student of the human mind, I have seen how deeply our emotional ecosystems, shaped by behavioral science, define our choices, health, and relationships.


This initiative is my way of giving form to compassion through science—a place where emotional health education is not an afterthought, but a vital life skill. I believe every person deserves to understand why they feel what they feel and how to transform that awareness into peace, using neuroscience-guided solutions.


Bodhanalayam, to me, is more than a centre—it’s a movement towards conscious living. If even one person learns to breathe easier, think clearer, or feel lighter because of what we do here, then it will have served its purpose.
